TRAINING ROOM SOP

INPUT
1. Receive new trainee operator from HR department.

PROCESS

1. Color blindness test of trainee operator.


2. If operator fails in the blindness test then trainee return to HR department.
3. Introduction of company background to the trainee.
4. Give information about compliance.
5. Give left & right hand movement exercise.
6. Give machine information to the trainee.
7. Threading exercise to the trainee.
8. Paper exercise: stitching done on different types of printed line on paper (without
thread) for 1 week.
9. Fabric exercise: Stitching done on different types of printed line on fabric (with
thread) for 1 week.
10. Operators are trained according to the operation requirement (1 week).
11. Give information about garment quality.
12. Trainee sends to the stitching line for the observation of operations (1 week).
13. Total one month of training is done.

OUTPUT
1. After training completion trainee are transferred to sewing line.

REPORTS:
1. Blindness test.
2. Capacity study.
3. Handling speed.
