Dear HR Team,

I SUNIL.J hereby declare and confirm the following in relation to my employment at Ushta Te
Consultancy Services LLP:

1. I acknowledge that during my employment at Ushta Te, while working with UT, I will have
access to personal, confidential, and proprietary data and possibly sensitive and other data,
owned by Ushta Te.
2. I affirm that I will not download, share, or store or misuse any UT personal, confidential, or
proprietary, sensitive, or other data outside of the authorized systems, networks, or
applications provided by Ushta Te.
3. I further confirm that I will use Ushta Te personal, confidential, and proprietary data solely for
official tasks assigned to me within the scope of my employment at Ushta Te, and only under
instructions from my reporting manager at Ushta Te.
4. I understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and security of Ushta Te data
and will take all necessary precautions to protect such information from unauthorized access,
disclosure, or use. I also understand that I am bound by the terms of the non-disclosure
agreement signed with Ushta Te.
5. I will not retain any copies, reproductions, or backups of UT personal, confidential, proprietary,
sensitive, or other data after my employment at Ushta Te while working on UT’s project ends.
Any such data will be returned or deleted by me as per Microsoft's policies and guidelines.
6. I am aware of the legal and ethical consequences associated with the unauthorized disclosure
or misuse of UT’s personal, confidential, and proprietary data. I acknowledge that any breach
of this declaration may result in legal and penal action, disciplinary measures, and other
remedies available to Ushte Te.
7. I undertake to cooperate fully in any investigation conducted by Ushta Te, their client or their
authorized representatives in the future to verify compliance with this declaration and the
protection of Ushta Te’s personal, confidential, and proprietary data.

I hereby certify that the information provided in this declaration is true and accurate to the best of my
knowledge. I understand the importance of maintaining the trust and integrity of Ushta Te’s data, and I
assure you that I will fulfil my obligations regarding the protection and proper usage of such information
during my tenure at Ushta Te.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further clarification or information regarding this
declaration.
