Constructions services
We provide a broad range of field construction services that include modular and conventional
construction, project management, construction inspection and management, scheduling,
welding and quality assurance, plant start-ups and commissioning. In addition to new
construction work, our projects have included plant relocations, retrofits, disassembly,
upgrades, de-bottlenecking and shutdowns.
Our resources are supported by a fleet of cranes and vehicles and an extensive range of welding,
rigging, mechanical and piping equipment’s and Electrical and instrumentation facilities.

Commissioning Services
Dynamic verifications that for each Plant elementary electrical, telecommunications, and
instrumental function, performs properly according to its design criteria. Typical examples of
such tests are electrical motors loaded runs; instrument loops tests, electrical breakers
operation. The energization of the electrical distribution network is part of this activity.
Running-in and on-line tests for a significant period of the plant utilities (electrical, air, HVAC,
water, crane, etc.), and wherever applicable, of the main process equipment in closed loop with
inert fluids. Witnessing and assistance from Operator is required to allow a smooth transfer of
the facilities from the Commissioning team to the Operator, in full confidence, and with all the
required safety.
Pre-Start-up activities: A number of activities related to, such as piping drying-out, chemical
cleaning, Process leak testing, and inerting, or loading of various chemicals and catalyst.
Commissioning encompasses all those activities required to prepare for a safe start-up of the
system. The handover process will be phased, and will include both full and part systems.
Commissioning activities are Performed on a System basis to approved company procedures
and include, but are not limited to the following:

Filling of systems with liquid process chemicals (e.g. Amine, Corrosion Inhibitor, Heating
medium etc.)
Instrument loop checks
Motor ‘bump’ tests
Uncoupled run testing of motors and logic testing
PSV testing, calibration, tagging & sealing
Testing and calibration of analyzers and flow-meters
ESD functional tests etc.
Load-Run tests of circulation pumps & systems (e.g. Amine, Heating medium etc.)
Filling of Firewater tanks
Charging Process Refrigeration System with refrigerant
Leak testing of all Systems at 1.1x operating pressure
Installation of blinds / spacers as per P&ID’s or to suit Start Up requirements
