Subject to medical examination by the Medical Officer of the Company about your physical fitness/
suitability for employment, you are hereby offered appointment as Trainee for a period of six months on
initial basic wage of HPC Grade i.e Rs. 1472.00 per day only.After successful completion of 6 months training
period, your service shall be considered for regularization in Hpc Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 1540.72
under NCWA-X with usual allowance as admissible to a regular employee and you will be eligible to the
status/benefit of the permanent employee.Your character and antecedents will be verified after your
joining. If any adverse report to that effect is found, your services will be liable for termination.

Your services are also liable to be terminated without notice. If at any point of time, any part or
whole of the information about your claim as dependent of Ex. Employee, are found to be false/
incorrect. Similarly you will be liable for termination from service if you have furnished any
falseinformation about your age, address, educational or techniCal qualification and family details
including yourself.
4. You are liable to be transferred to any Unit/Area or subsidiary of CIL as and when required,
depending upon the requirement. •
5. You are posted at Operation Deptt., CCL HQ and directed to report for duty to the GM (P-NEE) within
30 (thirty) days from the date of issue of this order, failing which, appointment offer will be
deemed to have been cancelled without any further reference to you. In such event you will not be
allowed on duty without express/competent approval from HQ.
