Dear Honorable Mayor Gonzalez,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Macalidong, Ligao City and a dedicated advocate
for youth and nation-building, I am writing to respectfully seek your assistance for the
repainting of basketball court for upcoming socio-cultural activities.

As you may be aware, the basketball court needs maintenance to improve its
appearance and ensure the safety of those who use it. The court serves as a vital
recreational space for many members of our community, providing opportunities for
exercise, socialization, and community engagement. However, the current condition
of the court has deteriorated over time, making it less inviting for residents to utilize.

In this connection, I kindly request your assistance in providing the necessary paint
and materials for the refurbishment of the court. Any donations from your office will
be greatly appreciated.
