PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT/AGREEMENT

CLIENT'S INFORMATION

Complete Name: Chereese Griffin

Production Date: Sorority Sleepover, September the 20th 2024.

Location: Atelier playa mujeres.

This agreement is between: José de Jesús Pérez Rojo on behalf of Multimagen Digital del Caribe
S.A. de C.V. (hereafter referred to as the El instante "Photographer") and Chereese Griffin (hereafter
referred to as "Client").

1.Scope of work:

PHOTOGRAPHER arrives for the production at the locations in the following order:

● Friday, September 20th: Welcome Reception on the beach from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Promptly
the photographer arrives at 4:45pm for his set up.
● 1 HOUR OF PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE
● Couples photos.

2. Fees:
In consideration of the services provided by PHOTOGRAPHER, CLIENT agrees to pay the sum
of: ● GRAND TOTAL:US$860

The fee covers the supply of photographic services in accordance with the chosen option:
Special group package of 1 hour of photography service
● 50 HD edited digital photos.
● Clients will then purchase their own pictures individually after seeing the proofs. ●
Price per print = US$25 Wooden Frames or US$15 Cardboard frames (Deliverables by
the next day.)

PHOTOGRAPHER will perform basic image editing services on these photos where artistically necessary.

NOTE:Payment for any additional albums, digital media, extra service time, etc., Becomes due in full at the
time of ordering if carried out via the client login facility featured on the website or any other media. In addition
to the package/shoot price, there is an extra fee that must be covered by the client if requested cosmetic
retouching, the amount of this fee will vary according to the number of pictures to be edited and the complexity
of the edition and retouching.

3. Work Product:
PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver proofs of photos to the CLIENT no more than fifteen days (Business days) after
the Date of the SHOOT. The PHOTOGRAPHER will provide a link including the set of pictures preselected,
and the CLIENT Must select the number of pictures included in their package in a period not longer than 2
weeks. In case the CLIENT Doesn’t select their favorite ones he/she will accept the PHOTOGRAPHER’S Own
selection.
The CLIENT understands And agrees that proofs are the exclusive property of the PHOTOGRAPHER, and the
CLIENT has no right to these Photos except for a license to review them, but not store the proofs.
PHOTOGRAPHER and VIDEOGRAPHER agrees to license photos to The CLIENT from SHOOT. All photos
delivered to the CLIENT are licensed for the CLIENT’S use.

4. Payment method: Hotel master account


US$860

CLIENT understands and agrees that PHOTOGRAPHER will not book other SHOOTS during this time. In the
event that the CLIENT cancels the SHOOT or fails to attend on I suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain.

5.Rescheduling / Late Arrivals.


In the event that the CLIENT requests to reschedule a SHOOT, the retainer shall be applied to a rescheduled
session if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. The reschedule must be within the same
calendar year. Any CLIENT that is late arriving at the SHOOT will have the amount of time late deducted from
the time allotted for the SHOOT.

6.Creative License:
It is agreed that following joint consultation of the coverage, you grant us the sole license to best enable your
requirements to be met without further redress to us. You should be aware that whilst we endeavor to
accommodate all requests, we are unable to guarantee compliance due to circumstances beyond our control
such as - but not restricted to inclement weather, availability/willingness of any request personnel, and/or any
occurrence(s) which may adversely affect the portfolio.

7.Specific topic.
Regardless of your personal style, whether it's elegant, trendy, bohemian, or classic, there is no doubt you
want to look amazing during your beach session . Planning a head-to-toe look beyond just your dress is
important for your day, and your hair is a key factor in the overall effect of your appearance. If you are planning
a beach session, keep in mind that your hairstyle should be appropriate for likely weather conditions such as
heat, humidity, and mild wind. While it may be tempting to go for flowy waves or side-swept looks that allow
your hair to stay down, anyone who lives or works near the beach will tell you that. an up do are the way to go.
A hairstyle that keeps your tresses off of your neck and shoulders during your beach session will keep you
feeling cool and comfortable while also keeping it in place for your session, photos, meaning you can focus on
more important things!

TERMS OF BUSINESS-EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY


The terms of business and contract detailed herein pertain to the provision of photographic services and should
be reviewed prior to the signing of hard copy and subsequent engagement of our services. It is mutually
agreed that no variation or modification of the terms shall be deemed valid unless agrees by both parties and
confirmed in writing.
Then, the parties have read this contract, agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a complete copy of
the Agreement signed by both parties. Each person signing as Client below shall be fully responsible for
ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
