NOTIFICATION
TRADERS WING PRESIDENTS’ APPOINTMENT AND KPIS

The party has decided to reinstate / re-appoint Mr. Haji Tahir Naveed of Lahore as Organiser of the Trader’s
Wing for the next six months. Haji sahib has also previously served the party in this capacity, and we wish him
success on this appointment.

We are also advising Haji sb to reappoint all the previous office bearers who are active with the party and have
stood by firmly by the party during this difficult period for this period to reactivate the wing in the shortest
possible time.

The following tasks will be accomplished by the chief organiser.

1. Form a committee at the central level of 20 people the population of which will be as per the
demographics of the country with minimum one member from the smallest region that is Gilgit /
Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.
2. This committee has to form city wise trader committees in all major towns that is those having a
population of more than half a million. The number of people in these committee has to be a minimum
of ten but not more than. 30.
3. Also, it has to maintain a membership register of traders who have joined PTI on Raabta and vice versa
those already members their data should be made available to you.
4. The committee should have representation from all segments of the traders. Mainly retail, wholesale,
fresh, frozen nonperishable, electronic, machinery, building materials, chemicals etc. as per the size of
the business or no of traders in the town.

The organiser has to submit a fortnightly report as per the format attached on the progress.

The organiser will be in close touch with the mother party to promote the program of the mother party to the
traders. Also, at the same time raise the issue of the traders for the mother party to raise at the appropriate
level so that we become truly representative party of the traders.

The whole of mother party assures you of their fullest cooperation in performing your assigned task and
deliverables.
