context: Ford Motor Company , founded in 1903, initially
focused on mass production of automobiles.
Development: Henry Ford implemented assembly line production
in 1913, revolutionizing manufacturing efficiency . This innovation
allowed for standardized processes, reduced production time, and
lower costs.

Context- During this period , systems theory gained prominence

approach aimed to optimized overall organizational performance.
