Note, Disclosure Statement in Loan/Credit Transaction, Deed of Real Estate Mortgage, as well
as the Dacion En Pago, with any and all third parties, concerns and entities and on such terms and
conditions she may deem acceptable and beneficial
3. To do every other thing necessary or proper for carrying into effect all other similar acts necessary
and incidental to the intended purpose of this instrument in such manner that my rights, title or
interest be sufficiently protected
4. To make. sign, and delivered receive, as my act and deed any document, contract or instrument
in writing in case in the above-mention loan transaction shall be eligible for restructuring;
5. To receive and act as my representative for any notices from the bank in relation to the above-
mentioned loan; and
6. To generally do and perform whatsoever acts requisite or necessary to execute the foregoing.
7. To sign and execute such documents in the exercise of said authority and to perform such acts as
she may deem fit and proper to be done in connection therewith.
8. This also covers the power to sign any documents for renewal restructuring of the principal.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority whats ever
requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents
