X-TOUCH Firmware

Version 1.21 - (14 December 2020)


The X-TOUCH Universal Control Surface Firmware Update V 1.21 provides a fix for USB compatibility
issues with AMD Ryzen 4xxx and 5xxx processor series under Windows 10.

BEHRINGER is constantly adding new features and making enhancements to this extremely stable
operating system, so that you always experience the best possible performance from your X-TOUCH
controller. Check out behringer.com for updates regularly.

Note: Please note that firmware 1.12 or higher for X AIR / M-AIR mixers, and firmware 3.01 or higher for
X32/M32 mixers is required for enabling remote control from X-TOUCH via MIDI or Ethernet/LAN.

Update Process:
1. Download the latest SysEx-update from the X-TOUCH product page

2. Keep DISPLAY button pressed during power-on

3. Connect X-TOUCH to computer via USB

4. Use any MIDI SysEx dumper to send the update file (.syx)
[Note: Don’t send faster than standard MIDI rate]

– SendSX or MIDI-OX on Windows recommended

– Snoize SysEx Librarian on OSX recommended

5. Power cycle device after the dump has been sent

Note: Do not use a Windows system with AMD Ryzen 4xxx and 5xxx processor for the update!
