20 RM St. 100 Prepare flour mix by mixing flour with baking powder Ingrediens.
30 RM St. 200 Mix sucrose and Brown sugar.
40 RM St. 300 Add fat, egg, water and salt and mix 90 sec. slow in a mixer
(Horbat-Mixer).

Then add the sugar mixture.

Afterwards mix for 180 sec fast in a mixer.

Next step is to add the flour mix and mix 120 sec slow and 140 sec fast.
