AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

I, Alicia Madel, citizen, of legal age and with residence address at 1123 Tramo Street, Pulang Lupa Las Pinas City and I, Maricel Santiago, citizen, of legal age and with residence address at 1119 Tramo Street, Pulang Lupa Las Pinas City, after having duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT

1. We know PRECENTASION SATIADA and PETER LIM as the parents of the child SUIBEE S. LIM and have known them since their wedding. 2. We also know their child, SUIBEE S. LIM and have known her since birth as we witnessed when her mother gave birth to her on February 24, 1959 at Las Pinas, Metro Manila 3. We are not related by consanguinity or affinity to the childs parents. 4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing facts and in compliance with the requirements of the Philippine Civil Registrar.
