declaring the Nagar Palika Parishad

Gosainganj, Lucknow reserved for the

General caste category.

2. 27.12.202 While deciding the PIL petition this has

directed to constitution dedicated

backward caste commission to submit its

report for providing reservation to OBC

category for the next election and

present election be held without giving

reservation to OBC, the said judgment

was challenged before the Hon’ble

Supreme Court from where the judgment

of the Hon’ble Supreme Court was

modified upto the extent that without

providing reservation no election can be

held and constituted commission shall

submit its report within shortest

reasonable time.

3. 30.03.202 The impugned notification has been

issued decalring the Nagar Palika

Parishad Gosainganj, Lucknow as

unreserved seat.

4. 03.04.202 The Petitioner submitted the

parties which is still pending.
