Responsible Conduct of Gambling

It is a requirement of the Gaming Machines Act 2001 for all hoteliers, secretary managers and staff who will have gaming machine related functions to have completed the NSW Resonsible Conduct of Gambling course (RCG) This course is designed to provide participants with skills, knowledge and attitudes to conduct gaming service in a responsible manner and is for people who wish to work in licensed gaming venues such as registered clubs and hotels. You will learn how to minimise harm from gambling using discretion, judgement and teamwork. Focus is placed on developing a positive attitude to the responsible conduct of gambling in the hospitality industry.
