Excel , Data Visualization , Data Analysis using Excel ,

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement and bridging
process gaps with real time solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems .
• Automating business processes and optimizing Various Management systems .
• Creating statistical models and visualizations to evaluate KPIs and measure performance metrics.

• Understanding market landscape and performing business research to gather critical information and
produce useful reports to engage with various stakeholders .

• Organizing meetings and presentations to effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-
functional team members and management.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Business Analyst Requirements:

• A self starter , eager individual with an entrepreneurial mindset .

• Good analytical, conceptual and Mathematical thinking skills with.

• Excellent communication and Presentation skills

• Must have engineering background with tier 1 and tier 2 colleges like (NSIT, DTU, IIIT Delhi, IIT Delhi,
St. Stephen’s, Lady shri ram, Sri Venkateshwara, Shri Ram college of commerce )
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, outlook , excel and powerpoint.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

• Knowledge of CRM’s and Leadsquared would be a plus.
