Ishaan : The march past is not just a display of coordinated steps, but
a celebration of teamwork, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence. It
symbolizes our collective commitment to showcase the spirit of unity,
and enthusiasm.

Elisa - - To sacrifice one’s life for country would be intense desire of

every patriot. This desire comes on the surface when we see a dedicated
march past by our Goenkans who are all arrayed in their house uniforms,
full of zeal of independence and will be marching ahead to a BHARAT
full of fervor and passion.

Ishaan : The march past is made even more captivating by the rhythm
and harmony of the drum beats. Let the melodies inspire us and fill our
hearts with pride.

Elisa : Leading all the contingents, we have the head boy and the head
girl, followed by the Sports Captains.
Elisa - : To begin with , we have Vivekananda house ; all set to put its
best foot forward. The firm postures and harmonized movements voice
magnitudes about their indomitable spirit showcasing the teachings of
Swami Vivekananda.

Jindutt - वववेकानंद सदन के छात्र छात्राएं अपने द्वाज के मान सम्मान को बढाने की

Ishaan - Next, we have Tagore House. The flag of the house is held
high to keep the vision of one of the greatest leader Rabindranath
Tagore, that is ‘the highest education is not merely to give us
information but to make our life in harmony with all existence.’

Elisa - Tagore house is being followed by Teresa House which is

marching together on the drum beats as one team. Their steps
representing different facets of our School. As they pass before us, let's
appreciate the precision and hard work that have gone into their
preparation.

Jindutt - टेरेसा सदन के छात्र छात्राएं आगे िढ़ते हुए , पक्तं ििद्ध तथा कदम से कदम
क्तमलकर जीवन में अनश

Ishaan : Teresa house being followed by Radhakrishnan House The
members of the house have taken the onus of directing their house
towards new avenues of growth at every step just like Sarvepalli
Radhakrishnan , the greatest politician , philosopher and stateman. The

Elisa – What a spectacular sight it was watch all the houses marching
towards the motto of the school ‘ Higher , stronger and Brighter’

Ishaan -
The word “Yoga” literally means “union.” Yoga is not about bending
and twisting your body or holding your breath. It is a mechanism and a
technology to get you to that state of experience where you see reality
just the way it is.Yoga, helps to strengthen the body, improves alertness
and agility, and create a harmony between the body and mind that
improves overall wellness and well-being. Now, we have the students
of classes V- who are going to perform various yogasanas.

Elisa - We request our Guest of Honours to take a tour of the skill

development center and then proceed for Tree Plantation Drive.

Elisa: Yog is much more than maintaining wellness. It activates all the
senses and leads to amalgamation of physicality and spirituality. And
through rhythmic hand gestures and footwork our Goenkans are
bringing forth the essence of Yog ‘embodying the beauty of Indian
Culture’.

So let’s get transported to the world of Yog symbolising India as a

nation of unity and devotion.

Ishaan : Do you know about ‘Adiyogi’?

Jindutt : जी ह ाँ,

योग की उत्पवि सवाप्रथम भारि में हुई और उसके बाद इसका प्रचार

संसार के अन्य अंगों में होने लगा | योग के जनक स्वयं भगवन शंकर

ने इस ववज्ञान को अपने सतिऋवषयों को सौंपकर इसे सवात्र फ़ैलाने का

काया ददया प्जससे मानवजाति के अप्स्ित्व को एक नवीन अथा और

ददशा ममल सके |

Ishaan : True , “Adiyogi is a reminder that you can be involved with

everything in the universe and still be absolutely above it.” In the yogic

culture, Shiva is not known as a god, but as the Adiyogi or the first yogi
– the originator of yoga. The Adiyogi said, “You can evolve beyond
your present limitations if you do the necessary work upon yourself.”
That is the significance of the Adiyogi.
