Application for Obtaining Photo Copy of Answer Scripts


Instructions: Date:12-09-2024

1. Fee for obtaining Photocopy is Rs 300/- per answer script and shall be paid in the department by
swiping machine. The merchant copy of the recipt has to be attached with the application.
2. A student can apply for photocopy for maximum 5 subjects only.
3. Application for Photocopy of answer scripts should be submitted to the HoD within 5 calender days
from the date of publication of results.
4. Application will not be accepted beyond the last date.
5. There is no provision for obtaining Photocopy of Practical/Project and EEC examination papers.
6. Incomplete/defective application will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded or adjusted
towards any fee due to the college.
