Subject: GRANT OF 80% REFUNDABLE G.P. FUND ADVANCE


In exercise of the power conferred under S. No. 36 of Annex –II of the Ministry of
finance O.M F.1 (3) R-12/80 , dated 13/11/1981and in pursuance of Rule 15-B (3) (amended
vide S.R.O, dated 24/04/1990) of the Central Provident Fund (Central Provident Fund, Central
Services) Finance Division O.M No. F.2(25) R-12-27 dated 23/08/1993 and S.R.O (II) /2001,
dated 16/02/2001 (Case No. F.1 (5)-Reg. 7/87-D-144/2001 dated 16/02/2001, I am directed
to convey the sanction of the president to the grant of 80% refundable General Provident Fund
advance amounting to Rs. 191,856/- (Rupees One Hundred Ninety One Thousand Eight
Hundred Fifty Six Only) to Muhammad Bilal LDC (B-11), IMSB (I-V) Kot Hathial (QA),
Islamabad from hid MIED/Personal No. 50146307 for special reason. The recovery of the
advance shall be made in 48-equal installment @ Rs. 3997/- per month.

2. Certified that the amount of the advance sanctioned does not exceed to the 80%
of his balance, the Total Amount of G.P Fund available at his credit is Rs. 239,867/-

3. The Advance debatable to the Head of Account (Old Code) 1000000-Defferred


liabilities, 1500000- State Provident Fund, 1503000-General Provident Fund (Civil) and (New
Code) G06- Deferred liabilities, G061-State Provident Fund, G06103-General Provident Fund
(Civil)

4. This is issued with the approval of Competent Authority.
