6.Change the IP address to 192.168.5.11, subnet mask 255.255.255.0
The test computer IP can be set to 10-30, but for the convenience of test maintenance, it is usually set to 192.168.5.11
PART 3. Configuring the USB/GPIB Interface

1.Install NI GPIB and NI VISA driver. More details see the documentation for installation of NI GPIB and NI VISA driver.
Connect one or more instruments to the GPIB connector on the PC.
Run NI Max. NI Max will automatically detect and configure the interface and instruments and will
assign names and other default configuration settings.
To verify that the computer recognized the instrument, expand USB/GPIB (GPIB0) in the Devices
and I/O on this PC section. NI Max will list all instruments and their addresses. If problems, refer to
the troubleshooting chapter in the GPIB User’s Guide.
PART 3. Configuring the USB/GPIB Interface
Note: 1.The GPIB addresses of devices connected to the same station cannot be repeated, otherwise the NIMAX scan
will fail.
2.In order to facilitate debugging and maintenance of all devices, it is best to fix the GPIB address.
SMW200A GPIB address: 20 SMB100B GPIB address: 6 Another SMB100B GPIB address: 7
N5766A Power Supply GPIB address: 5 FSV3004 IP address: 172.158.100.10 HP8921A GPIB address: 1

PART 4. Test software general settings
6.Transmit path RF cable loss setting,Click “FSV”, Double click “Loss”
PART 4. Test software general settings
7.In the dialog box, modify the actual line loss of the RF path, and then click OK
PART 4. Test software general settings
8.Receive path RF cable loss setting,Click “SMU200”, Double click “Loss”
PART 4. Test software general settings
9.General settings Modification is complete Click Save. After the modification is completed, click the key
icon to exit the administrator mode.
PART 5. Waterproof automated test control process
1.Waterproof automated test control process

Scan SN to
start the test

OpenFLPort Open the test instrument COM port

FLStart Use the 02 30 30 3A 30 32 03 0D 0A command to control the

instrument to start the test.

DataFromFL Waiting for the instrument to feedback the test results

FLStop Control the instrument to stop the test and exit

CloseFLPort Close the instrument COM port

PART 5. Waterproof automated test control process
2.The test software prompts that the ComPort control failure can be checked by the following methods
First check that the serial port of the instrument is connected to the computer normally
Open the serial port debugging tool,Baud Rate:9600
PART 5. Waterproof automated test control process
3.Click the icon in the upper left corner to open the serial port, select "Hex String" and enter 02 30 30 3A 30 32 03 0D 0A
and click Send. The returned character and the prompt "OK" indicate that COMPORT can control the instrument normally.
PART 5. Waterproof automated test control process
4.Configure the correct ComPort in the test software "cFLCommTest" to test normally
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 1. PR9560 Probabilistic test failure of Rejection station,Retest passed
Cause:If the radio data cable interface is screwed too tightly, the PIN pin will short-circuit and cause signal interference.
Solution:Shielding with adhesive tape
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 2. MR9560 Analong test fail
Description of the phenomenon:P7 calibration no power,The following figure
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 2. MR9560 Analong test fail
Description of the phenomenon:P7 calibration no power,The following figure
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 2. MR9560 Analong test fail
Cause:Check and confirm that the FPC connecting the power amplifier board and the baseband board is damaged.
Remark:This type of defect is related to the PA mainboard and the FPC connected to the PA board. Since the FPC is easily
damaged during the assembly process, it is preferred to replace the FPC and retest to confirm.
FPC has multiple lines to control the transmission and reception of the power amplifier, so damage to different control lines
may affect the power of different frequency bands.
Solution:Replace the PA board to connect the FPC
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 3. PR9560 Analong test fail
Description of the phenomenon:R10 Front-end filter fail,The following figure
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 3. PR9560 Analong test fail
Cause:The mainboard RF spring and the front shell RF connector have poor contact.
Solution:Check the Mainboard spring and reinstall it to ensure good contact

Question 4. PR9560 Unable to boot, the Radio interface is displayed

Cause:Mainboard abnormality
Solution:Replace the Mainboard
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 5. MR9560 can be powered on normally with battery, but cannot be powered on with DC power supply
Cause:Confirm that the FPC from the host front panel to the baseband board is damaged, causing the power-on trigger
signal to be disconnected.
Remark:The DC power on trigger signal goes from the front panel button through the FPC to the baseband board.
FPC/baseband board failure will cause this problem. FPC is easily damaged during the assembly process, so replace the
FPC first to confirm.
Solution:Replace the FPC connecting the front panel
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 6. The MR9560 parameter injection tool prompts that it is successful, but the radio channel frequency is not effective
Cause:Confirm that the FPC from the host front panel to the baseband board is damaged, resulting in the channel frequency
parameters not being written.
Remark:FPC/baseband board failure will cause this problem. FPC is easily damaged during the assembly process, so replace
the FPC first to confirm.
Solution:Replace the FPC connecting the front panel
PART 6. Test failure troubleshooting guide
Question 7. Frequent power outages in factories
Remark:The test instrument needs to be turned on and off normally by pressing buttons. Sudden power failure may cause
damage to the instrument.
Solution:Factory configured Uninterruptible Power Supply

Question 8. The whole machine is defective. Replace the mainboard. Software upgrade and information writing are required.
Solution:Subsequent software upgrades/information writing completed Mainboards will be provided
