Meetings: The executives shall meet every quarterly to deliberate on major


projects concerning the church and also go through the accounts of the welfare.
i. Meeting shall be held in English or any Ghanaian language.

8. Terms of office:
a. The term of office of an executive shall be four (4) years and all members shall
be eligible for re-election by the church executive.
b. A bye-election shall be held within the period to replace an officer who forfeits
membership either through resignation, misconduct, transfer, incapacity or death.

9. AUDITOR:
a. The Executive committee shall propose a member of the church with accounting
background as Honorary Auditor for the approval of the welfare. He / she shall
have the right to all relevant documents of the account to enable him / her to
perform the duties efficiently.
b. The accounts of the welfare shall be audited once in a year or whether necessary.
The last auditing shall be at the end of the financial year i.e. July each year.

10. MEMBERSHIP DUES:


a. The monthly dues payable shall be determined at a general meeting by 2/3 of
active members present.
b. Any member in arrears for six (6) months in a year without any tangible reason
shall cease to be a member.
c. Membership shall be renewable on the payment of all arrears with penalty three
(3) times the amount.
d. Any member who wilfully refuses to contribute to the welfare shall NOT enjoy
any benefit from neither the church nor the welfare.

11. AMENDMENT TO RULES AND BYE-LAWS:


a. Proposition for the amendments to the rules and bye-laws shall be submitted to
the executives and notice given at two (2) previous general meetings before
discussion.
