1. Cognitive: Identify and differentiate Healthy and Unhealthy Foods
2. Affective: Value the importance of eating healthy foods and infer infer the consequences
of eating unhealthy foods
3. Psychomotor: Practice good eating habits and draw healthy and unhealthy foods present in
their home

Good morning class, before we proceed to


our next lesson, Last week we talk about Yes Teacher.
Good foods. Do you still remember our
lesson last week?

Alright!

What kind of food that makes our life Vegetables and fruits
longer?

If you want to have a healthy body what Vegetables,Fruits,Milk and Meats


kind of good foods that we must eat?

B. Motivation
Before we proceed to our new lesson, let’s
have your activity!
“Let’s Go Shopping!”
Direction: I will divide you into 4 groups *Students will do the activity
and you will pick any kind of picture in the
table and put it organize to the board that
describe the picture if it is healthy or
unhealthy foods. We will have a timer the
fastest group will be the winner.

C. Lesson Proper

Now, let’s proceed to our lesson.


Our lesson for today is all about “Healthy
and Unhealthy Foods”

What is healthy food?  Healthy food is a food that gives


you all the nutrients you need to
Example: stay healthy, feel well and have
 Vegetable plenty of energy.
 Meat
 Milk
 Fruits

What is Unhealthy Food?  Unhealthy Food is a food that will


make our body weak,sick and drained
Example: energy.
 Junkfood
 Softdrinks
 Sweets

"If you put junk food in your body,


your body will turn to junk."

Now, teacher will present a pictures then


you will tell me if it is a HEALTHY OR
UNHEALTHY FOOD.

D. Enrichment Activity
We are going to do a group activity called
“HEALTHY AND LESS HEALTHY
PLATING”
(Divide the class into 2 groups)
Direction: In this activity, you will be
presented with a variety of pictures in
different types of food items. Your task is
to categorize these food items into two
groups: "Healthy Food" and "Less Healthy
Food."
