Before we proceed to our new lesson, let’s
have your activity!
“Let’s Go Shopping!”
Direction: I will divide you into 4 groups *Students will do the activity
and you will pick any kind of picture in the
table and put it organize to the board that
describe the picture if it is healthy or
unhealthy foods. We will have a timer the
fastest group will be the winner.

We are going to do a group activity called
“HEALTHY AND LESS HEALTHY
PLATING”
(Divide the class into 2 groups)
Direction: In this activity, you will be
presented with a variety of pictures in
different types of food items. Your task is
to categorize these food items into two
groups: "Healthy Food" and "Less Healthy
Food."
