Integration and Reporting Consultant
As part of the HRDS Integration and Reporting team, I was responsible for designing, extracting, and delivering data
solutions to support key business processes. My primary focus was extracting data from the content server in the form of
PVO files and securely transmitting them to the client’s SFTP server for downstream system integration. Over the course of
the project, I successfully managed the extraction and transfer of approximately 300 PVO files, ensuring seamless integration
and data flow for the client. After the successful implementation of the HRDS Integration, I was recognized with a monthly
spot award for my contributions and subsequently transitioned into the Reporting team.

In my reporting role, I developed a series of complex BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports across multiple modules,
including Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Time and Absence, Talent, and Performance. I created around 12 high- and
medium-complexity reports within a stringent two-month timeline, meeting all requirements and passing testing scenarios for
SIT1 and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). My work required strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, high-quality reporting solutions under tight deadlines.
