Overview
Description: This document outlines the development of a web
application for a clothing business. The client shared a
comprehensive report, including their business plan and
sales data, alongside a sheet on operational challenges.
We prioritize confidentiality, limiting access to this
information. Our goal is to leverage the client's data to
improve operations and address customer complaints,
ultimately creating a user-friendly app that enhances
customer engagement and supports sales goals.

Research capture:

The client has provide a comprehensive report that shows various aspects of their
business, which includes both their business plan and sales report. Additionally, we
have received a data sheet that outlines common problems faced by the client in their
operations. This data sheet also specifies the tools and platforms that the client utilizes
to manage their business effectively.

Research storage:
The client has provided us with a detailed report and data regarding to their business.
We prioritize the confidentiality of their information by ensuring that their business plan
and sales report remain secure. To maintain this privacy, we avoid sharing these
documents and information outside of our team management.

Any feedback or responses from the client are kept strictly private. Only our team and
the business owner have access to this data. By understand the importance of trust in
our relationship with the client, and we are committed to upholding their privacy. Our
goal is to create a safe environment where they feel comfortable sharing insights about
their business.

Research synthesis
We utilize the data provided by the client to develop effective solutions for the
challenges they face, including customer complaints. Our participation in this project
arises from our desire to nurture a strong relationship with the client. We concentrate on
areas where the client seeks to improve their business operations. We proposed this
project to ensure the continued success and growth of the client’s business.

Research outputs
We are developing a web application for a clothing business that can be accessed
through both PCs and smartphones, allowing customers to purchase items easily. This
application will include an advertising page to highlight products and promotions.
Additionally, it will feature an ordering system page to streamline the purchasing
process. Our aim is to create a seamless experience for customers, enhancing their
engagement with the brand. Overall, this web application is designed to support the
business's sales goals effectively.
