In accordance with Section 5, item (i) of Executive Order No. 124, dated 30 January 1987, which
authorizes the DPWH to verify roads and highways into national, provincial, city, and barangay
roads, the Subic Bypass Road, with a total length of L= 7.00 kin and in order to keep the
correctness of the Road and Bridge Information Application (RBIA) in accordance with D.O. No.
124 series of 2016, the Rizal Avenue, with a total length of L=0.523 kin are hereby declared as
National Roads both under the jurisdiction of Zambales 2nd District Engineering Office (DEO),
Region Ill.

The Department Order shall.take effect immediately.
