Overview
This is installer operation manual for "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition" and
"E-IDSS Hitachi Edition". You can use the ISUZU engine diagnostic functions for
Stage V ISUZU engine equipped machine by installing the software.

System requirements
OS Windows 10, Windows 11
Memory 8GB(64bit) or more
Hardware 1.0 GHz Pentium or more
80GB or higher hard drive
Free space of HDD 10GB or more
Microsoft .NET Framework .NET Framework 4.5 or more
Network Internet access is required when install, uninstall and update
Display Resolution 1024ｘ768 or more
Interface USB port

Important
System requirements of MCI cable for connecting to machine by using
MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition and E-IDSS Hitachi Edition.
- MaintenancePRO MCI cable Driver for Windows: Version 5.30.995
- MaintenancePRO MCI cable Firmware: Version 4.19.998
Please download the software from AllinOneTool and make the installation.

Points to note
license
- "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition" and "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" can be used in
one laptop with one user ID the same as current MaintenancePRO Dr. software.
- When you need to reset license in case of such as laptop changes,
please contact your administrator.

Installation
- Please install the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" and "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition" in the
same day.
- When install the software, please install the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" first, and then install
the "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition".
- After installed the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" if user did not execute it with internet connection
for 14 days, function will be restricted.
- After installed the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" if user did not execute it with internet connection
for 90 days, user need to reinstall the software again.

Installing E-IDSS Hitachi Edition & MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition

~ Installing E-IDSS Hitachi Edition ~

You can download the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" on

AllinOneTool.

a. Click "Add" to download the software.
b. The software installer will be automatically saved in
a specific folder.

c. Double click the installer file.

d. Click the "Extract" button.
c The extraction will be proceed automatically.

There are three files will be created automatically.

a. Double click the file "EIDSS_22.07.01.exe".

b. Click the "Extract" button.

A folder "EIDSS_22.07.01" will be created automatically,

Please open the folder.

Double click the "Setup.exe".

*Note: Please make sure you have Admin Rights for the PC.

Select a language for setup and click "Next".

Click "Install".

Internet connection is required for finishing

E-IDSS Hitachi Edition installation.
Please confirm your laptop has internet access.
After that select "I am connected to the
Internet (A)", and click "Next".

Please do not change the "Path" destination and

click "OK".
* If you changed the destination, the MaintenancePRO
Dr. ISUZU Edition will be unavailable.

Click "Next".

Input the "Dealer Code" which is fixed "E8840"

and "Serial Number" that printed on the MaintenancePRO
Dr. ISUZU Edition license card, and click "Activate".

Activation will be finished if the input information is correct.

Click "Install".

When a dialog screen with question "Would you like to

install this device software?" displayed,
click "Install" for proceeding the installation.
Please wait while the installation settings are made.

E-IDSS Hitachi Edition has been installed, and the web

update will begin.
Click "Next".
*Please do not start the E-IDSS Hitachi Edition before
finishing this procedure.

If you want to view the guide manual, please click "Yes".

When you click "No", the web update will be proceeded.

Click "OK".

If there are available updates and you want to download

click "Yes".

Please wait until the update is completed.

When you close the screen, if the process is not completed
the left screen will be displayed.

Installing E-IDSS Hitachi Edition & MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition

~ Installing MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition ~

Click "Add" to start installation of

"MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition"

Select installation language and click "OK".

Click "OK".

Select "Agree" and click "Next".

Uninstalling E-IDSS Hitachi Edition & MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition

~ Uninstalling MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition ~

Click "Delete" to start uninstallation of

"MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition"

Click "OK".

Click "OK" and the uninstallation will be

proceed and finish automatically.

Uninstalling E-IDSS Hitachi Edition & MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition

~ Uninstalling E-IDSS Hitachi Edition ~

Note
In case you need to remove E-IDSS in order to install it
on a different laptop the "E-IDSS Reset" is required
before uninstalling.
* If you did not do the reset, then you need to contact
your MaintenancePRO administrator for resetting.

In case of license renewal the "E-IDSS Reset" is not

required.

The following is the E-IDSS uninstalling procedure

Please open the "Program and Features" from the
Control Panel.
Find and select the "G-IDSS" and click "Uninstall".

Uninstallation will be started.

Click "OK".

If you want to re-install for using new license,

click "yes".
*When you need to re-install due to software
error, also select "yes"
If you want to install the software on the same
PC and the license is not expired, click "No".

Click "Next".

After the uninstallation done, please check if the "G-IDSS"

is gone from the program list in the Control Panel.
