Overview
This is installer operation manual for "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition" and
"E-IDSS Hitachi Edition". You can use the ISUZU engine diagnostic functions for
Stage V ISUZU engine equipped machine by installing the software.
System requirements
OS Windows 10, Windows 11
Memory 8GB(64bit) or more
Hardware 1.0 GHz Pentium or more
80GB or higher hard drive
Free space of HDD 10GB or more
Microsoft .NET Framework .NET Framework 4.5 or more
Network Internet access is required when install, uninstall and update
Display Resolution 1024x768 or more
Interface USB port
Important
System requirements of MCI cable for connecting to machine by using
MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition and E-IDSS Hitachi Edition.
- MaintenancePRO MCI cable Driver for Windows: Version 5.30.995
- MaintenancePRO MCI cable Firmware: Version 4.19.998
Please download the software from AllinOneTool and make the installation.
Points to note
license
- "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition" and "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" can be used in
one laptop with one user ID the same as current MaintenancePRO Dr. software.
- When you need to reset license in case of such as laptop changes,
please contact your administrator.
Installation
- Please install the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" and "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition" in the
same day.
- When install the software, please install the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" first, and then install
the "MaintenancePRO Dr. ISUZU Edition".
- After installed the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" if user did not execute it with internet connection
for 14 days, function will be restricted.
- After installed the "E-IDSS Hitachi Edition" if user did not execute it with internet connection
for 90 days, user need to reinstall the software again.

Note
In case you need to remove E-IDSS in order to install it
on a different laptop the "E-IDSS Reset" is required
before uninstalling.
* If you did not do the reset, then you need to contact
your MaintenancePRO administrator for resetting.
Click "OK".
