First ask basis Team to take a complete the Backup then start next activity.

Go to Tcode- RSA1

Creating Source system for Flat File Or Excel Sheet data upload
Right Click Check and activate one by one.
Now Create My Self Source system for self-Loop
Now Create user BWREMOTE in BW DEV system

Right click on connection then Check and activate.


Do it Now or later it dependents on you.

Next Step is Create Source system for ODP EXTRACTOR system e.g. S4 DEV client 120
Click on RFC here we required ALEREMOT user do Create user ALEREMOTE in S4 DEV or Source
system then use in next screen logon screen.

Get ready with Target S4 DEV or Source system IP


Click on the Unicode test and test the connection.

This Activity needs to be performed In S4 Development system:

Create the RFC user for BW DEV

Then check again in BW DEV:


Right click on newly check and activate.
Next Step is Create source system for CDS
check and activate

Source system ID assignation


Then check all created source system at once

select check and active check box Select individual line or Row then execute

Select now for every time pop up appears here


Schedule jobs for exchange rate and global setting:
Tcode- RSKC Maintain the special Chars in this T code which you wanted to allow globally in BW
system

In BW we must also maintain the same

Maintain parameter
