DETAILED LESSON PLAN


Content Standard: Demonstrate understanding of the image formed by the
different types of mirrors and lenses.
Performance Standard: The learners shall be able to investigate characteristics
of the image formed in mirrors.
Learning Competency: Predict the qualitative characteristics (orientation, type,
and magnification) of images formed by plane and curved mirrors and lenses.
Objectives
At the end of this lesson the students will be able to:
a. Describe the characteristic image formed on a plane mirror.
b. Understand the Law of Reflection.
c. Explain why Mirror Left-Right Reversal can be gleaned in mirrors.
