I am writing to express my strong interest in the “Medical Laboratory Technician” position in your
organization, with vacancy number of REC/ 127/24 posted on Oct 09, 2024 that will be deployed in
Benishangul Gumz Ura Woreda Refugee camp. My background in Medical Laboratory,
Epidemiology, and excellent experience on Laboratory work coupled with my dedication to

With a BSc in Medical laboratory profession and 10 years of experience, I possess the skills and
experience outlined in the job description. I have a proven track record on quality laboratory test
processing and delivering the accurate and reliable lab results, managing data and fostering
trainings offsite and/or onsite based or other form of capacity building for the health care
professionals.
I am working at Gulele Botanic Center Daycare and Staff clinic as Lab technician. I have also
extensive experience on supervision and laboratory work quality assurance, data quality
management, data analysis, biological sample handling (collection, testing, shipment, and
transportation) which is particularly motivating. My experience that I had being worked as
Laboratory Equipment Focal, Inventory & Purchasing focal, Infection Prevention focal (Enat
Hospital), and TIC laboratory readiness assessor make me skillful and experienced. Additionally, my
proficiency and familiarity on computer Microsoft Office (Office 365 packages), Laboratory Data
Management System (LDMS), fluency in English and Amharic language are other assets making me
competent for the position.
I am committed to achieve high-quality laboratory results, and I consistently uphold the
