10. Is the approved CNC/ECC generated by the online system the true
copy of CNC/ECC?

11. What will happen to the CNC application received prior to the updated
CNC online system in the case that the proponent had already paid the
processing fee but can’t upload the bank receipt copy because the new
system won’t accept it?
The proponent may apply again for a CNC using the same bank receipt.

ECC depending on the proposed amendment
13. What is the difference between zoning certificate and certification from
LGU on the compatibility of the proposed project with the existing land use
plan?
Zoning Certificate certifies the land use classification of a specific lot area.
However, the requirement for ECC is a certification or maybe a Zoning
certificate from the concerned LGU specifying in the certificate that the
proposed project is compatible with the existing land use plan.
No. However, for project issued with ECC not operated after five years
from the issuance without submission of Compliance Monitoring Report
(CMR) is considered null and void.

The downloaded ECC must be printed and notarized. The ECC notarized
copy must be uploaded again in the ECC online system.
