project outcomes. For instance, a project team composed of members from different countries might

 Increased adaptability: Diverse teams are often more adaptable to change and can navigate
complex situations more effectively. Their exposure to different cultures and experiences can
help them to be more flexible and open-minded, which is essential for successful project
management.

 Enhanced cultural intelligence: Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds can improve
team members' cultural intelligence, which is the ability to understand and interact effectively
with people from different cultures. This can be particularly valuable in global projects or when
working with clients from different cultural backgrounds.

Negative Effects of Cultural Diversity on Project Performance
