I Essential for all the positions Education Qualification as mentioned in Education Qualification must be as mentioned in the advertisement.

Only the qualified candidates will be evaluated on following parameters.For all positions,total number of marks is 25.

II Engineering Positions - Mechanical / Mechanical Petrochemical - Inspection & Reliability


Position Marks to be allotted
1.Sector (5 marks)
E5 & E6 : Mechanical / Mechanical a. Petroleum/Refining/Petrochemical b.Fertilisers c.Others (0 Marks)
Petrochemical (5 marks : more than 6 years, (3 marks :more than 6 years,
Positions 4 marks : more than 3 - upto 6 years, 2 marks:more than 3 - upto 6 years,
3 marks : upto 3 years) 1 mark : upto 3 years )
*Maximum marks to be alloted for sector is 5 even if candidate has worked for more than required number of years including both parameters a & b.
2.Relevant No. of Years of Experience (5 marks)
Mechanical / Mechanical Petrochemical 5 Marks: E5 - 12 years & above, E6 - 3 Marks : E5 - 11 years , E6 - 13 Years 2 Marks: E5 - 10 years , E6 - 12 Years

4. Relevant Job Profile as per Advertisement (10 marks)
i Reliability
a) Experience in any of the following:
Experience in usage of off line and online vibration monitoring system and
interpretation of the same so as to optimize the runtime of the equipment, fault
diagnosis, root cause analysis techniques and maintenance recommendation. Thorough 2.5
knowledge in boroscopic inspection and its acceptance criteria for different gas
turbines, thermography and lube oil analysis. Good knowledge online condition
monitoring system.
b) Experience in maintenance management of oil & gas turbo achinery packages like gas
turbines, centrifugal compressor, pumps and motors. 2.5

c) Experience in reliability management of oil & gas turbo machinery packages like gas
turbines, centrifugal compressor, pumps and motors. 2.5

d) Experience in any of the following:


Engineering – Extensive experience in the static and rotary equipment engineering, 2.5
inspection and reliability role.
ii Inspection 10
a) Risk Based Inspection (RBI) – Experience in implementing RBI or regularly using the
same for inspection activities of the plant at least in a capacity of plant in charge from 2.5
inspection or RBI in charge from inspection.
b) Experience in handling inspection as unit in-charge for petrochemical plants like
DFCU/PPU/LLDPE/ HDPE unit etc. 2.5

c) Experience in any of the following:


Experience in handling refinery inspection as division head or department head level.
Experience in handling overall plant reliability and compliance to the statutory 2.5
requirements of factory inspector etc.

d) Should be level-2 in NDT and API certified inspector and should have handled
inspection activities of a plant as in charge and responsible for the reliability and
compliance to statutes for the plant. 2.5
