GROUP ASSIGNMENT FOR: GROUP 1 and 2

Do a critical analysis of how the corporate responsibility and personal ethics relates to the purpose and strategy of
your organization. For this assignment, please VISIT an organization (any organization in Namibia) that has
developed a business strategy recently. You must interview some key people and obtain some data on whether the
business strategy of this organization correspond to corporate social responsibility in the organisation selected,
which would serve as findings of your data collection process.

Please follow the following guidelines for the assignment:

1. Introduction – (1 page – provide a brief context of your assignment, in other words briefly outlines how the
assignment will develop).

2. Literature review should focus on the topic and used to support the primary data collected. Highlight some
challenges and problems normally experienced in implementation and managing of corporate responsibility
and personal ethics. (6 pages).

3. Background of the organization. This must focus on the organisation selected and all aspects of discussing
be based solely on the topic. It is ideal to focus on historical aspects and diagnosis of the problem. (1 page)

4. Findings (5 pages). Provide findings from the data collected/obtained from the interviews. Relevant
questions relating to the topic should be asked and findings provided. Concentrate mostly on presentation of
the data as received or collected.

5. Brief discussion of findings and recommendations for the organization based on your analysis of corporate
responsibility and personal ethics. Findings must be based on company specific information and your
observations. Recommendations must emanate from the best practices, responses from people and
literature reviewed (3 – 4 pages).

5. Conclusion – summary of overall findings
6. Bibliography – books, Journals, Articles, and other material used in the project.

This is a group assignment and individual assignments will not be accepted for this topic. A group will consist of five
(5) individuals. Each group member must participate, and no individual should appear in two groups.

Identify an organization of your choice in Namibia and investigate the following: different styles of leading strategic
change, how does organizational context affect the design of strategic change, how can forcefield analysis be used in
this regard? Assess the value of different levers for strategic change and identify approaches, pitfalls, and problems
of leading different types of strategic change. For this assignment, please VISIT an organization (any organization in
Namibia) that has a business strategy or strategies in place. You must interview some key people who were
responsible for strategy implementation and obtain necessary and relevant data based on the topic, which would
serve as findings of your data collection process.
