I'm back. Based on our findings, we can’t replace the time you’ve lost from your plan being terminated, but
you're free to create a new account. As a reminder for Family plans, the plan owner and plan members must
reside at the same address.

For clarification, you only have an issue with your account tied to your email address:
sp***[email protected] (* is for security purposes).
If your account has a Family plan and it has members, the accounts of your plan members should have no
problem.
but in this case my members had problems, all lost access to premium
