My dad, whom I love and admire the most in my family. He is 60

years old and he is a farmer. You know, farming for a living is hard
working. Every day, my dad always gets up pretty early, at about 5 and 5.30
AM. He normally works 10 or 12 hours a day on the farm. Although he has
to work super hard to support the family, he never complains about hard
work or things like that. That’s the first reason why I really admire him. My
dad rarely shows his feelings, but I still know that he always loves me and
my family. My dad is always a good role model for me. That’s why if I had

the pollution is a serious issue. For example: air pollution and noise
pollution. Therefore, people who live in there have to learn to protected
themselves.

My country has a lot of tourist attractions such as Ha Noi, Ha Long
Bay or Phu Quoc. One of them is Hoi An. It’s very famous and attractive.
Many streets in Hoi An are decorated by colorful lanterns and houses. The
international visitors enjoy traditional food there as well as enjoying
beautiful views. Hoi An also is ancient town. It is really a holiday
destination for everyone who love the breathtaking view and the atmosphere.
I really want to go there on next summer holiday.

I have a friend, she is Hoai. I met her in class 10 and became best
friend. She is a kind girl and very lovely with short black hair. She likes
helping everyone and sings well, she often sings to make me happier when I
have sad stories. We have had many memories together. Especially, she
understands me very well and cares for me when I need. We share
everything in life and study together everyday. With me, Hoai is a relative of
mine. I am proud of my friend and I hope we can keep this friendship
forever.

 Now I am a first student at Ha Noi Open University, I study
information technology. It is a popular major, but it also is difficult. So I
have developed a study plan for myself. I will focus on studying very well in

to use in the future. In the third year of school, I will try on finding an
intership to improve myself. My goal is to get a stable job after graduating.
With my determination, I hope I will achieve my goal.

Nowadays, technology has taken an important in our life. It has many
benefits and make our life become easier. The innovation of phones,
televisions and laptops has digitally served the purpose of entertainment
today. All our daily activities such as learning, banking, shopping,
entertainment and communication can be done by a click on our phone
screen. However, it also has got several disadvantages. We more and more
depend on technology, children are more addicted to online games rather
than playing outside in the playground.

Music is a part of my life. Listening to music has become my hobby
since I was a little kid. I listen to music almost every day because it helps me
reduce stress. I often listen English songs, it not only helps me study English
but also relax after hard studying day. In addition, when I listen to music, I
feel like it can help me promote attention and focus so I am able to
concentrate on what I am doing more effectively. That’s why listening to
music is a great hobby of me.

Last summer holiday, I went to Da Nang city for three days. I went
there by car with my family. It took us seven hours to go to there. We stayed
in a hotel. We did a lot of activities in Da Nang. First, we had a great time
visiting many beautiful places in there, such as Ba Na Hill, Cau Rong. They
are really wonderful. Second, we visited Cho Dem in Da Nang and tried a
lot of delicious food. Third, we walk to beach in the afternoon, we had many
beautiful photos. This trip helped us relax after hard studying days and it
also helped us widen knowledge. I’m very looking forward to getting back
there next summer holiday.

This year, I am studying information technology at Ha Noi Open
University. I often have English on Thursday afternoon. It starts at 1.00 pm
and finishes at 4.50pm. My teacher is Mrs.Huyyen, who is friendly and
zealous, (but she often checks old lessons). She always makes the lessons
interesting and easy to understand. We are trained all skills of English:
listening, speaking, writing and reading. My class has over 60 students.
However, there are few girl, only about ten students. Here, I had many new
friends. I’m very happy and feel like learning English more.

fields or nice coast. People said that, traveling by train is much safer than
traveling by car. However, traveling by train has some disadvantages. You
can’t feel comfortable on the train because the opposite people might carry
