The graph indicates how many people visited three different museums from 2000 to 2005.

Overall, it is obvious that there was a downward trend in the figure for the museum in Tokyo, while the
opposite can be seen in that for museums in New York and China.

Looking at the graph, the number of visitors to the Edo Museum remained the same in 2001 , before
falling to around 6 million visitors in 2003 . However, there was a gradual in the figure for Edo between
2003 and 2005.

On the contrary, the National Museum started at approximately 6 million visitors and rose steadily over
the period and peaked at nearly 16 million in 2005, which is the highest number of visitors to
museums.With respect to the figure for the MET Museum , it started at 12 million visitors, but the figure
decreased to near half and remained the same for the next year. Finally, the figure rocketed to around 14
million visitors in 2005.
