Polar Cutter Maintenance:

1. Clean cutter bed (Daily)

2. Wax cutter (Monthly)
3. The blade should be changed after 1000 cuts, or weekly, Monday mornings are
preferred.
4. Grease cutter (Weekly)
a. Use guide below for grease and oil check requirements:

1) Hollow circles are weekly grease points.

2) Circles with an “X” are check oil levels, normal should be just below centered while running.
3) Solid circles should be greased every 3 months.
