1 Structural Functionalism Theory

Structural functionalism is a broad perspective or point of view in

fields of sociology and anthropology which interpret society as a

a structure with interrelated parts. Functionalism describes society as a whole in terms of the
functions of

elements in it ranging from norms, customs, traditions, to institutions (Sujatmiko,

2012). In the functional structural paradigm all the constituent elements in

The community is related to each other (one unit) which is known as the system.

So if one of the elements doesn't work or doesn't work properly,

then the whole society will be disturbed. So, with mutual

dependence, cooperation shows that society is integrated and will always be

need in the long term.

Structural functionalism theory is one of the understandings or perspectives in

in sociology which views society as a system consisting of

the parts that are related to each other and the parts that one cannot

function without any connection with the other parts. Then change

what happens in one part will cause an imbalance and in turn

will make changes in other parts. Covid-19 is a

problems in the medical field but its impact on the system

community economy (Sayuti, 2020). The COVID-19 pandemic, which was originally a

the health sector, but because all aspects of the social system are

interrelated with each other, the pandemic also affects not only

the health sector but also in the economic sector.

2.2 Stakeholder Theory – Grand Theory

Stakeholder theory explains that the company not only acts as a

entity that operates only for its own sake but must also

can contribute to its stakeholders (shareholders, suppliers,

government, society, etc.). The existence of a company is greatly influenced

by the support of its stakeholders to the company. Therefore, wrong a strategy that can be applied
by the management of a company to

can improve the company's performance to be better is to pay attention to

the interests of its stakeholders.

Stakeholder theory is characterized by the following key ideas (Jacob Horisch, 2020):

First, the company consists of a network of relationships between various stakeholders

interests that make up the organization. Thus, stakeholders

defined as “any group or individual that can influence or

influenced by an organization”. Second, the key to a manager's job is

create value for stakeholders. It is intended to harmonize

interests of different stakeholders in achieving common interests

among stakeholders, and do not prioritize mutual interests

contradictory. Third, most business decisions also have ethical and ethical content

otherwise. Thus, ethical and business decisions are seen as integrated

as a value-creating activity. Fourth is that the company is built around

specific goals based on stakeholders working together to achieve goals

together.

Based on stakeholder theory, BUMDes in addition to carrying out its functions

profit oriented (profit oriented), but there are also other goals that are not

less important is to help manage and map the potential

owned from each region and to help improve the community's economy

village. BUMDes as a driving force for the economy of rural communities must be able to

accommodate the needs of the community related to the economy

society

2.3 System Development and System Analysis

The first step in system development is system analysis, where the information needed to purchase,
develop, or modify system is collected (Romney and Steinbart, 2015:587). To use source better
limited resources, development requests are filtered and prioritized. If a decision is made to go
forward, the nature and scope of the proposed project identified, the current system is surveyed to
identify strengths and weaknesses, and the feasibility of the proposed project is determined. If the
project that diusulkan layak, kebutuhan informasi pengguna sistem dan manajer diidentifikasi dan
didokumentasikan.
