ng Lungsod ng Lucena currently working on our capstone project titled “Web-Based Streamlined
Motorcycle Dealership Management System with Geo-Tagging and Chatbot-Assisted Customer
Engagement for Ropali Lucena." This project involves developing a Motorcycle Dealership
Management System.

This project aims to enhance dealership operations and customer engagement by integrating geo-
tagging and chatbot functionalities. A questionnaire has been prepared to further develop and
assess the system, focusing on user authentication and motorcycle management. These criteria are
vital for evaluating the system's performance and user satisfaction.
