RBF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

& MARKETING MANAGEMNT

Social Media Management Contract Between RBF and Time Out X.


Whereas, the Time Out X desires to engage the RBF to provide social media management services for its Instagram, and Snapchat accounts,
Whereas, the RBF agrees to provide such services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Scope of Services
The RBF agrees to manage the following social media accounts on behalf of the Client:
Instagram: 1 accounts
Snapchat: 1 account
The services to be provided by the RBF include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Instagram Management:
Creation and posting of 15 posts per month.
Posts will include a mix of images, carousels, and videos as per the content strategy agreed upon with the Client.
Hashtag research and optimization for engagement.
Content calendar creation and scheduling.
Audience engagement (responding to comments, DMs).
Basic analytics and reporting (engagement rates, reach, impressions).
2. Snapchat Management:
Creation and posting of 15 video posts per month.
Videos will incorporate trending audio, effects, and features.
Audience engagement (responding to comments, messages).
Trend monitoring and video creation tailored to current TikTok/Snapchat trends.
Basic analytics and reporting (views, shares, followers growth).

In addition to the above services, including all the features as mentioned in the premium package as discueesd.
Term of Contract
This Agreement shall commence on Date[...........................................................] and continue for a period of three (3) months.
Payment Terms
The Time Out X agrees to pay the RBF a total fee of AED 1500 for the services provided under this Agreement. Payment will be made as follows:
Monthly Payments: AED 1500 per month,
All invoices are payable within 3 - 4 business days from the date of issue.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
The Time Out X may terminate the Agreement if the RBF fails to deliver services as outlined, and the RBF fails to remedy such breach within 10 days of written notice.
In the event of early termination, the Client shall be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior negotiations,
understandings, and agreements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date mentionedt.
