Called The Employer) On One Part And Mr. SEK SAYAD QUADRI of Indian Nationality , Passport No. R3036311
(Hereinafter Called The Employee) On The Other Part: Both Employer And Employee Shall Be Referred Collectively
Within The Group.
Witnesses as Follow:
1. The employee hereby engages the employee and the employee agrees to serve the employer as designated above,
or in any other available work at the sole discretion of the employer on a long term employee during employment
period based on his performance, client’s work requirement / instruction and or for any other reason.
2. The employee will be on probation for a period of 06 months from the dates of joining his duties and this date shall
be deemed as the commencement date of the employee’s contract. If the probationary period is satisfaction
completed the employment contract shall be enforced.
3. The employee shall pay a basic salary of QATARI RIYAL [QAR, 2,300.00/-] per month from commencement date of
this contract, payable in nears.
4. In the event of a pandemic situation in the state of Qatar requiring government instructed, mandatory quarantine during the
employee pre-mobilization phase, no compensation will be provided for the duration of the quarantine as is the current
regulation outlined by the Qatar ministry of labor. Any future adjustment to this provision will be formally communicated to the
employee in writing, adhering fully to the applicable regulation outlined by the Qatar ministry of labour, the ministry of public
health, and the any other reinvent authorizes or client requirement
4.1 The employer will be provided the employee a free economy class air ticket to the nearest international airport of
home country destination within 12 months service or at the anytime this agreement is termination by the employer.
Employer reserved the right to decide the airlines subject to availability of flights operating to the desired destination.
Employer is not responsible to provide air tickets for domestic operating flights at the home country. Employee needs
to declare nearest international airport at the time of joining and any changes to destination must be informed in
advance. Employee is not eligible to claim cost of air tickets by avoid in annual vacation.
4.2 The employee will be entied to 21 calendar days paid leave during the 12 months of service. This leave has to be
availed during the respective contract period and encasement of non-avail leave is not allowed. However, this leave
can be taken only subject to approval from the management. In addition, the employee will receive 03 working days
paid leave as per Qatar labor law. The company also has the right to send the employee on leave early in which case
his leave entitlements will be calculated on pro-rata basis.
4.3 The employee shall be required to work a minimum of six (06) days per week, eight (08) hrs.per day to the satisfaction
of the employer, in case the employee is required to work in excess of six (06) days per week and eight (08) hrs.per day
employer shall pay applicable overtime wages in accordance with the provision of the Qatar labor law. Employer does
not guarantee that there shall be any work beyond the normal time; overtime depends solely on workload and
exigencies of work.
Any idle time spent off the working location due to the below reasons will be paid at half of the basic salary:
5.The company will provide (1) free shared bachelor status accommodation, (2) free food at the company mess
and,(3) free laundry for the employee…..
6. Employee is entitled to receive free medical aid, accept optical, dental treatment & cosmetic sugar in any of the Qatar
government hospitals. The employer is not responsible when s skills or injury is directly due to intoxication or the use of
alcohol/ banned substance or too such acts as may be held unlawful or immoral on his part.
7. In accordance with Qatar labor law, either party receive the right to terminate the contract at any the time without
showing cause, provided applicable notice penned to other party who intended to terminate contract as a status below.
Other Condition:-
1. To The Employee His Fully Aware Of The Nature Of Work He Is To Carry Out, He Also Under
standers Agrees To Work At Heights Pulse Any Other Work At The Sole Direction Of The Employer.
2. The Employee Will Be Required To Work In Refiners, Ship Repair Yards, Oil & Gas Operation
Fields, Lorna At Steel Works Where Conditions Sometimes Be Unpleased It Should Be Clearly
Understood That No Bonus, Condition Money Or Travelling Time Is Payable.
3. It Is Clearly Understood That During The Period Of The Agreement The Employee Will Not Claim
For Any Increment Allowance Not Mention In This Contract.
4. This Agreement Supersedes Any Previous Communication By Verbal Or Written And Any
Employment Agreements.
5. Refusal Of Instruction Or Agitating By The Employee Will Be Result In Punished And Dismissal
Also Forfeiture Of All Employment Then Benefits. In This Case Return Air Fair Will Be Paid By The
Employee.
6. In The Event Employer Is The Unable To Get The Necessary Visa’s For The Employee Fails Any Of
The GALFAR Or Government Trade Test This Employment Agreement Will Be Automatically
Canceled And The Employee Has No Right For Any Claim Is This Respect Against The Employer.
7. The Employee Shall Undertake To Refrain From Interfering Or Involve Himself In Any Political Or
Religious Affairs And He Should Observe And Respect The Local Customs And Traditional.
8. This Contract Is Also Subject To The Terms And Conations Specified In Addendums 1 & 2 Which
Are Attached And Also To Company Rules And Regulation. Galfar Al Misnad Engineering & Contracting

ADDENDUM-1
1. The employee will work as required by the company of any of its other associated companies
within the group.
2. The employee confirms that he has read and fully under standers the Galfar Al Misnad Engineering
& Contracting code of ethics and will abide by all of the rules.
3. Increment will only be considered based on employees performance. Employs will receive training
from the company as and when it suits the needs of the company, employees will be expected to
take various tests within the company and for the companies’ client. It should be clearly
understood that the passing of any such test will not mean an employee is due for an increment of
bonus of allowance.
4. The employee agrees to work on any given shift pattern, he also agrees to work overtime including
Fridays and holidays as and when requested by the company.
5. The employee agrees to work any foreman destination by the company on any site and for any
client refusal to do this will be in breach of the employee contract with the company and result in
summary dismissal.
6. Employee will be issued with security badges, safety equipment, work certified and various tools,
all of which must be returned in good condition upon request. Failure to return any of these items
will result in the company deducting the replacement costs from the employee.
7. The employee will follow vigilantly all the safety and security procedures, especially those
regarding safety and security of clients’ facilities.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION:-
I will not divulge, discuss or knowledge ANY INFORMATION WHAT SO EVER regarding my salary, the company’s
manpower or any company documents (such as pay slip, permits, job orders, etc.) my salary details are STRICTLY PRIVATE &
CONFIDENTIAL and should Never be discussed with anyone, this includes CCC employees, clients representatives, or anyone else.
I ACCEPT THAT ANY VIOLENCE OF THESE COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS MENTIONED ABOVE, WILL
RESULT IN THE IMPLEMENTION OF SERVE DISCIPLINARY MESURES, AND MAY LEAD TO TERMINATION
AND FOR THE NECESSARY LEGAL ACTION.
