Dear Abdurrahman,

Hope you’re doing good and in the best of health


when you read this. You were living in Dubai at the
time and I hope you’re living there now as well.
You were crazy about becoming a scientist and loved
forensics. So, are you at college now studying to
become the next Einstein? Hope you discover some
important cure for you did like to do something
phenomenal when you were an adolescent.
Furthermore, which college are you studying in (if
you have entered college by now)?
You were definitely not the most sporty person but a
shy geek who was nervous about speaking in public.
However, you loved reading and watching those
mystery stories and thrillers. You loved caring for
your jasmine plant too. So do you still have it? How
big is it now hopefully? Do you find the time to read
now? And any new interests like photography? You
did have some liking towards it.
What about travelling? Boy you were so into history
and ancient civilizations like that of Egypt and the
pharaohs and such. You wanted to visit Egypt one
day to really see the ancient tombs of the pharaohs
and the river Nile. Have you visited it yet or are you
hoping to travel there after your studies?
You did harbour an interest in doing something for
the environment like your mom. Maybe upcycling?
So have you created something new and ecofriendly
as you desired?
Are you still in touch with your friends at Mage?
And did you meet your uncles in Sri Lanka? One of
them was such a brilliant cook! Did he start his own
business eventually? Would have been a blast!
