Subject: Proposal for Organizing a Hackathon and Startup Event in UP

Dear Mr. Maheswari ji,

plan to organize a large-scale Hackathon, along with associated startup and job fairs, scheduled for
November 11th to 14th, 2024.

Event Details:

 Hackathon:

o Teams: Approximately 1,000 teams.(4,000-6,000 Creative minds & Idea)

o Domains: Participants will work across 10 distinct domains, covering diverse


technological and social challenges.

 Startup Investors Pitch:

o Sessions: 2 exclusive sessions where budding entrepreneurs can pitch their ideas to
potential investors.

o Incubation and Funding support: Top 100 startups get supported from angel
investor.

 Job Fair (Naukari Mela):

o Sessions: 3 job fairs to provide employment opportunities, connecting job seekers


with leading companies.

This event aims to foster innovation, promote entrepreneurship, and create job opportunities within
our region. It will serve as a platform for young minds to collaborate, innovate, and showcase their
talents, while also attracting investors and employers to Ajagara.

Support Required:

To make this event a success, we kindly request your support in the following areas:

1. Venue and Infrastructure: Arrangements for a venue that can accommodate the large
number of participants and guests.

2. Publicity and Outreach: Assistance in promoting the event across Ajagara and neighbouring
regions to ensure maximum participation.

3. Financial Support: Any financial assistance or sponsorship that could be provided to help
cover the event's costs.

4. Logistics: Support with logistics, including transportation and accommodations for


participants, judges, and investors.
