Following are the steps to download mobile application from Google play store and

Apple app store in Mobile devices:

a) Open App or Play Store application in mobile by clicking on the App or Play Store
icon.
b) Click on the Search Box and enter text "IFMS 3.0 Rajasthan" in the search bar
c) Click on the "INSTALL" button to install the application

Following are the steps to operate this mobile application post download in Mobile
devices:
For Govt. Employees:

1) Click on button “Let’s Get Started” in application


2) Enter registered mobile number with SSO ID in IFMS 3.0 application and click the
“Continue” button
3) Once OTP comes in mobile device, Enter OTP in textbox and click on the button
“Verify OTP” to verify the OTP and login in mobile application
4) After successful OTP verification, User has to set a four-digit pin in mobile
application for next time logins.
5) User shall enter four-digit pin and re-confirm it and click on “Submit” button.
6) As soon as IFMS 3.0 application is launched, dashboard will be displayed to the
users

For Govt. Pensioners:

1) Click on button “Let’s Get Started” in application


2) Enter PPO number and Last four digit of account number in IFMS 3.0 application
and click the “Continue” button to login
3) After successful authentication, User has to set a four-digit pin in mobile application
for next time logins.
4) User shall enter four-digit pin and re-confirm it and click on “Submit” button.
5) As soon as IFMS 3.0 application is launched, dashboard will be displayed to the
users

Note: User should possess registered mobile number with their SSO ID and require an
Internet connection in mobile to login into application.
