Dress Code policy Human Resources

Purpose:
The purpose of this dress code policy is to establish clear guidelines for appropriate attire in the workplace,
ensuring professionalism, safety, and consistency across all departments. By defining acceptable standards
of dress, we aim to uphold our company's image, promote a positive work environment, and enhance
employee morale and productivity.

Objective:
 Professionalism: The dress code policy aims to reflect the professionalism of our organization. By
presenting a polished and cohesive image, we reinforce our commitment to delivering high-quality
services to our clients and stakeholders.
 Safety: For employees working in field or workshop environments, the objective is to prioritize safety.
The policy mandates the wearing of appropriate safety gear to mitigate the risk of accidents and
injuries, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
 Brand Representation: Employees provided with company T-shirts are expected to wear them as a
means of promoting brand visibility and unity. By wearing company-branded attire in a neat and
presentable manner, employees contribute to reinforcing our brand identity and market presence.
 Comfort and Productivity: The dress code policy seeks to strike a balance between professionalism
and employee comfort. By allowing for semi-casual attire in office settings, we aim to create a
comfortable and conducive work environment that supports employee well-being and productivity.
 Hygiene and Grooming Standards: Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming is
essential for fostering a professional work environment. The policy encourages employees to uphold
these standards, thereby promoting a clean and respectful workplace environment.
 Flexibility: While the policy outlines specific attire guidelines, it also allows for flexibility in certain
circumstances. Employees are encouraged to express their personal style within the framework of the
dress code policy, while ensuring that their attire remains appropriate and respectful in the workplace.

At 24 Solutions, we believe that professionalism is reflected not only in the quality of our work but also in our
appearance. A well-defined dress code contributes to a positive work environment and enhances our
company's image. To ensure consistency and professionalism across all departments, the following dress
code policy is established:

1. General Dress Code Expectations:

Employees are expected to report to work dressed in appropriate attire that reflects professionalism and good
judgment. All clothing should be clean, neat, and in good condition.

2. Field and Workshop Employees:

Employees working in field or workshop environments must prioritize safety. They are required to wear
appropriate safety gear, including helmets, gloves, goggles, and any other necessary equipment as per the
nature of their work.

3. Company T-Shirt Policy:

Employees provided with company T-shirts are expected to wear them neatly along with jeans and sneakers
or in a similar casual manner, unless otherwise specified by their supervisors or for specific events or
meetings where a different attire is required.

4. Office Staff:
Internal staff working in office settings are expected to adhere to a semi-casual dress code. This includes
clothing such as collared shirts, blouses, dress pants, skirts, and dresses. While a certain level of formality is
expected, employees are encouraged to express their personal style within these guidelines.

5. Prohibited Attire:
 Shorts and flip flops are not permitted in any department or setting.
 Clothing with offensive language, symbols, or images is strictly prohibited.

6. Consequences of Non-Compliance:
 Any employee found to be in violation of the dress code policy will be sent home on the first
occurrence, and the day will be deducted as unpaid leave.
 Should the violation repeat, it will result in termination of the employment contract.

7. Hygiene and Grooming Standards:

Employees are expected to maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming. This includes regular
bathing, clean and trimmed hair, and appropriate use of deodorant.

8. Flexibility and Adaptation:

While the dress code policy outlines specific guidelines, it also allows for flexibility and adaptation based on
departmental needs or specific job requirements. Employees are encouraged to communicate any concerns
or special requirements to their supervisors.

9. Enforcement and Review:

Supervisors and managers are responsible for enforcing the dress code policy within their respective
departments. The HR department will periodically review the policy to ensure its effectiveness and relevance
to the company's goals and values.
Adherence to this dress code policy contributes to a cohesive and professional work environment at 24
Solutions. Thank you for your cooperation in upholding these standards.
