Subject: - Submission of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Kasol, Manikaran, Kullu, Manali, Solang
valley / snow point, Atal Tunnel, Amritsar Attari-Wagah Border and Sadda Pind Tour Program”.

We, Mr. and Mrs. , parents of

Softvision College, Indore, hereby voluntarily submit the following under
taking:-

We, the undersigned parents/guardian are aware that, our son/daughter is participating in the Leisure/
Educational tour organized by the Institute scheduled from 22nd November to 29th November 2024, with our
full acceptance and will be bearing all the expenditure incurred for the Leisure / Educational tour towards
travel and other expenses from our end.

We shall ensure that our son/daughter shall abide by the rules and regulations as stipulated by College,
Teachers/Staff and Tour Manager and will obey all terms and conditions related to tour. We, hereby declare
and confirm that the college shall not be held responsible in the event of any misfortune or accident and/or
personal injuries, whether fatal or otherwise, involving our son/daughter’s.

We shall undertake full responsibility of all the consequences should any other person or body suffer such
accident, and/or personal injuries, and/or damage or loss to property as a result of our son/daughter negligent
act during the period of the tour. We also understand that my child will be responsible for his/her own safety
and also for their personal belongings and valuables.

We further confirm that the college shall not be held responsible for our son/daughter’s misconduct or
wrongdoing at all times during the period of tour. We also confirm that our son/daughter shall obey the
instructions of the faculty members who are accompanying during the tour.

We assure that we have read the Trip Itinerary thoroughly and we agree to all the stated information and also
assure that my son/daughter is physically and medically fit to go to this Leisure / Educational Excursion
tour.
We also assure that our son/daughter shall strictly follow all the laid down protocols related to Covid-19
disease and shall abide by all the instructions given by college faculties / representatives or the tour advisor(s)
related to ensuring safety of the student from Covid-19 disease. We confirm that the college shall not be held
responsible for our son / daughter falling ill due to Corona Virus

We are also aware that no refund will be paid if the trip gets cancelled due to DAVV Examinations or Corona
outbreak or natural causes or due to reasons beyond the control of the college or tour operator.

The trip is being conducted from 22nd November to 29th November 2024,
