small cluttered one-bedroom unit. Gordon loves music and was in a band for many years.
He has a large collection of old-time vinyl records and spends a lot of time playing music on

room floor.
Gordon’s vision is deteriorating, he wears glasses, and he has trouble reading the
newspaper now. He also has arthritis that affects the strength in his legs and hands. He has
difficulty walking and uses a walking stick at home but also has a wheeled walker, which he
is reluctant to use.
He has assistance with housework, preparing meals and you provide stand by assistance
when he showers. Gordon takes medication (1 tablet from one bottle and 2 from another).
You have noticed that he is having more difficulty opening the tablet bottles lately.
Gordon no longer drives because of his health issues and has sold his beloved classic car.
Gordon has decided that he would like to go to a band concert at the old local hall.
