TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Tour package is purely based on minimum 40 Adult passengers traveling together. Any reduction in the group size
will lead to an increase in price or change in the services.
 This is just a tentative offer... Anthem Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not holding any accommodation / air seats at the moment.
On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for inventory.
 The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to change / availability.
 For booking procedures, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 50,000/-per person at the time of
booking.
 On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD / INR payment for the above package needs to be settled maximum
15 days prior to departure.
 Coach timings are maximum up to 10 Hours ONLY.
 Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land
arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger
directly to Anthem Travel Pvt. Ltd.
 All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In
case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which Oct. involve any increase in price and
hotels.
 Change in Name is not allowed once the name has been given to Airline and change is subject to airline along with
the Name changes charges.
 Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own & Anthem
Travel Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our
abilities.
 1 USD = 83 INR has taken for calculation and USD Rates will be applicable as per the Chart.
 No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
 Anthem Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue, Cancellation and /or the
exhibition profile.
 In case of any last-minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for a
single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passenger’s mandatory.
 All items & conditions of Anthem Travel Pvt. Ltd.'s Disclosure Customer Notice apply subject to the jurisdiction of
Gurgaon, Haryana courts only.

Visa: Grant or refusal of visa is at sole discretions of respective Embassies, Consulates or High commissions. We “Anthem
Travel Pvt. Ltd.” work in capacity of Tour Company and our jurisdiction are restricted to submitting proper documents to
respective Visa authorities in line to their requirements. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY VISA APPROVALS which is
beyond our control. Under any circumstances the passengers will not held Anthem Travel Pvt. Ltd. liable or responsible
for any refused / delayed visa. However, the Tour cancellation charges will apply as mentioned policy in case of Visa
rejection or delayed irrespective of reasons.

Cancellation - If due to any unforeseen circumstances you cannot avail of Tour package, you should intimate your
cancellation in writing, for which there will be cancellation charges applicable as below over & above the non-refundable
