Dear Parent!

We bring to your kind notice that it has been decided to start Study Hours for Grade X
Students in the evening from 4:45 to 6:15 p.m., with effect from 04/11/2024.

Hence, you are requested to fill-up the CONSENT FORM given hereunder and submit the
same on or before 26.10.2024.

SCHOOL HEAD

Note :

1) Girl Students are not allowed to go alone on foot or bicycle.


2) Please provide snacks to your ward to have around 4:30 p.m.
3) Pick-up time after Study Hour is 6:15 p.m.
