User Manual For T&A and LMS Web Application
Once click on “Time & attendance” button, on next tab application will open.
1. Home icon (Left side corner 1st icon) -> Dashboard -> Attendance calendar -> Date wise attendance will be
available
2. For more details -> click on color dot -> attendance details will be visible under popup Black box
Abbreviations:
• A -> Absent
• P-> Present
• MS -> Missing Punch for the day (may be IN punch or OUT)
• H-> Holiday
• WOFF -> Week OFF

• AHP -> Half Day Absent & Half Day Present OR Less Working Hours
• WOP -> Present on Weekoff
3. Click on Shift button visible under attendance calendar (Green Bar) to check which shift assign to particular Date

4. Once regularization or leave application approve by manager, Dashboard will change attendance status
accordingly
For example
Click on time& attendance icon (left corner 2nd icon) -> reports -> there will be multiple reports to check
attendance data.
For example:
• Daily report
• Monthly report:
• Monthly muster report
Etc
Same can be check through the dashboard -> attendance calendar (easy way)
Click on absence management (Left side corner 3rd icon) -> Transactions -> There will be multiple options as below
1. Special Request:
This can be used to Regularize attendance using below types
• On Duty
• Field work
• Loss of pay,
• Optional Holiday
• Work From Home
2. In special request -> Click Apply -> select type -> Select start-End date which you want to regularize (you can
confirm those dates with the help of Dashboard-attendance card) -> Enter reason -> Submit
3. Regularization:
This can be used to regularize attendance, in case of missing punch (It may be single punch or both)
(Can be used against absent (A) or missing punch (MS))
• Click apply -> select date -> Enter Reason -> Add punches: again date – time – Direction (IN or OUT) ->
there will be plus icon “+” to add second punch -> Submit

• *If there is any attendance punch available for the selected date then “Show punches” tab will show those data.
(In case of single punch, it will show otherwise blank)
• *In “Direction” dropdown under “ADD punches tab”, BOTH IN_AND_OUT means added time is may be IN or
OUT. (Software will consider MIN time as IN and MAX time as OUT in case of BOTH IN_AND_OUT option)
• *Best way is to use “separate IN OUT option rather than BOTH IN_AND_OUT while selecting Punch direction
under add punch tab
4. Leave:
This can be used to apply for leave against processed attendance (back date) or futuristic date.
• Click apply -> select leave type -> start DATE & End date -> reason -> There will be an option to choose half or
full day -> Submit
• *According to leave balance, leave type will be visible if there is no balance in any leave type then that leave
option will not be available
• *User can select multiple dates in single application
• *In case of multiple days, only 1st day and last day can be mark as Half day. All dates come under “from date
“and to “To date”
Once application submitted by employee, immediately assign manager will receive an email for approval purpose.

5. Comp off
This option under transactions tab is used to EARN the compensatory off
• It will only work in case of “worked on weekoff, worked on holiday and extra work” according to company policy
and employee eligibility

Click on new compoff -> there will be two options “application to earn compoff & prior application to earn
comoff” -> enter reason -> submit
• Compensatory off will only generate after getting manager approval and it is depends upon company credit
policy (based on min-max work hours).
• Once Compensatory off credit, employee can avail this using transactions-> leaves -> leave type -> compoff.
