How To Fill Timesheet
On opening your iTime, you will see the page below. To book a timesheet click on “Book
Timesheet”.
How to check whether it is locked? If that day the timesheet appears like (time
surrounded by a rectangle) it means it is not locked, it is editable.
Tasks should be present for booking a timesheet. The task is highlighted below.
The task, if present, should not be closed and its start date should be greater than the date
for which the booking is made.
To check task details, click on information icon.
To check if the task is closed, you will get a message that it is closed either on iTime or on
Compass.
If a task is created on iTime, then the user can reopen a task by clicking on the information
Icon presented beside the task name and then click on reopen button.
If a task is created from the compass, then the user PM must reopen or need to create a new
task on the compass.
Then you need to fill out your timesheet as per the screenshot below.
After booking a timesheet, to regularize the attendance, click the highlighted part below.
Below is a screenshot of the popup which you get after clicking on “Submit” button.
If you are in the client's location, then by clicking submit button, your timesheet will get
submitted to your IRM or timesheet approver, else if you are in the LTIMindtree location in
India (not at the client's location), then after clicking on submit button, a popup will come to
validate your attendance hours and timesheet hours.
It asks whether you want to submit these efforts for approval to IRM? Click “Yes” to submit,
clicking on “No” will remove the popup.
If the timesheet hours booked for that day are greater than or equal to your attendance
hours, then it is non-compliant.
The following are color indications followed on iTime, indicating timesheet status.

indications.
